Remote Refinance Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Refinance Processor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate refinance closing processes and communicate with all involved parties
• Review title documents, obtain payoff information, and prepare necessary legal documents
• Schedule closings, confirm file accuracy, and assist with post-closing tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or training in real estate, finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in real estate, title & escrow, or mortgage lending preferred
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, particularly related to refinance transactions
• Proficiency with relevant software and technology
