Remote Refinement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Work - Refinement Analysts to assist insurance adjusters in identifying replacement costs for personal property.

Key Responsibilities

• Review lists of personal items submitted by claims adjusters for accuracy
• Ask clarifying questions to adjusters to confirm details about items
• Update damaged items lists based on the information received from adjusters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Prior customer service experience, preferably 2+ years
• Desktop computer with Windows 10 or newer (laptops not accepted)
• Dual monitors or ability to obtain by start date
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM with high accuracy
