Job Summary
A single-specialty anesthesia practice has a current position open for a Remote Refund Specialist III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining if credit balance requires a refund
- Analyzing credit balances in a daily work queue
- Analyzing overpayment requests from payer correspondence
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years' experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of organization policies, procedures and systems
- Have a thorough understanding of EOB's
- Good mathematical skills a must
- Skill in computer applications including MS word, MS Excel
