A chronic care management company is seeking a Remote Refunds Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Completing processing of approved refunds
• Documenting offset requests and updating refund log(s)
• Mailing all refund checks

Qualifications Include:

• Graduate from an accredited high school
• Knowledge of medical insurance payers, billing rules and regulations
• Experience in healthcare, medical and/or HME industry (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
