A building solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Regional Administrative Assistant in Portland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the scheduling and onboarding of regional new hires
- Assisting with schedule communication
- Assisting with travel and hotel arrangements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or GED
- Computer Literacy, E-mail, web, SAP, Excel, Word, iOS
- Superior written, oral and digital communication skills
- Able to effectively communicate with all field personnel
