Job Summary
A printing company is filling a position for a Remote Regional Billing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop a remote team of 4-5 Regional Billing Supervisors
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to best support the plants and customers in the scope
- Guide the regional billing supervisor to establish and maintain a partnering relationship with plant leadership
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.S in business, finance, or accounting preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Five years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume invoicing environment
- Experience in developing and mentoring others in a leadership role
- Experience in leading change management and process improvement plans
- Demonstrated skills in customer service, problem-solving, and resource management
- Strong Excel skills
