Job Summary

An education company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Career Readiness Education Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRE initiatives aligned with corporate strategy and goals
• Develop short- and long-range goals for the region
• Mentor, measure and analyze CRE and regional team members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel 30% of the time
• Demonstrated ability to define and articulate a strategic vision
• Individual must be able to work well and drive change across the organization
• Must be skilled operating in a matrix organization, driving critical initiatives
• Proven leader of effective large-scale change initiatives
• Must have a positive spirit
