Job Summary

A provider of an omni-channel customer experience testing and monitoring platform has a current position open for a Remote Regional Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Onboarding, aligning and developing trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Understanding product platform to assist users with general product enquiries
  • Establishing a high level of customer engagement

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel up to 25%
  • BA/BS required
  • 5 years of continuous experience in customer/account management positions
  • Experience being part of professional services, service delivery, or account management
  • Experience with IVR and contact center technologies
  • Experience in complex account management for Fortune 500 companies
