Job Summary
A provider of an omni-channel customer experience testing and monitoring platform has a current position open for a Remote Regional Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Onboarding, aligning and developing trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Understanding product platform to assist users with general product enquiries
- Establishing a high level of customer engagement
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 25%
- BA/BS required
- 5 years of continuous experience in customer/account management positions
- Experience being part of professional services, service delivery, or account management
- Experience with IVR and contact center technologies
- Experience in complex account management for Fortune 500 companies
