Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote Regional Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Proactively implementing a strategy of shared philanthropy building
• Initiating and building strong, lasting relationships with potential supporters
• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring development staff, leaders, and volunteers

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to travel 15-20 %
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of direct major gift fundraising experience
• Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, presentation, database/CRM and Internet software
• Valid driver license
• Other skills, knowledge and experience as outlined by company
