An organization to serve the men and women in the U.S. military needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Regional Fundraising Development Director in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Raising revenue and managing fundraising program activities
- Contributing to the development and execution of a strategic plan
- Managing relationships with key donors, prospects and volunteer partners
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 7+ years’ work experience in a fundraising or development role and for positions with supervisory responsibilities
- 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications as well as knowledge of various software programs
- Willingness and ability to work non-standard hours
- Demonstrated ability to manage team members, and reports if in a supervisory role, for high-performance
