A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Regional Health and Group Benefits Sales Leader.
Must be able to:
- Build and maintain an annual business development plan
- Create and manage a pipeline of well-qualified, prospective employers
- Research and establish a rapport with top prospects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings
- College degree or higher
- 5 or more years of successful sales related experience
- 5-10+ years of work experience in the employee benefits industry
- Strong technical background
- Consultative sales approach
