A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Regional Hotel and Resort Sales Director in Wilmington.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Organizing sales blitzes and outside weekly calls
- Acting as an ambassador for the ownership brand
- Managing a dynamic sales team and ensuring team goals are met
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of Director level hotel sales experience
- Experience negotiating rates and LNR accounts
- Experience working with Hilton or Marriott
