Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Regional Infectious Disease Diagnostics Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning, coordinating and managing the sales activities of the regional team to achieve the sales goals of the Company
- Managing the performance of the Account Executive sales force to meet individual, department and Company sales goals
- Identifying and recruiting direct sales professionals
Position Requirements Include:
- Direct the field implementation
- BA/BS, preferably in sales, marketing, business management, or related coursework
- Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience in sales with 3 to 6 years managing field staff
- Strong knowledge of complex sales methods and techniques in the diagnostic market
- Proficient computer skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) working knowledge of Salesforce.com or equivalent
