Job Summary

An insurance coverage provider has an open position for a Remote Regional Insurance Service Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact to assigned groups and brokers for issue resolution
  • Owning end-to-end service resolution and manages service recovery
  • Engaging internal teams on escalated service issues

Required Skills:

  • Basic working knowledge of insurance industry and company insurance products
  • Basic working knowledge of the marketing and sales process and customer purchasing needs
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills
  • Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in insurance sales and/or service and problem resolution
