A life & specialty ventures company is filling a position for a Remote Regional Insurance Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Engaging internal teams on escalated service issues
- Serving as the primary point of contact to assigned groups
- Developing and maintaining service relationships
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2 years of experience in insurance sales and/or service & problem resolution
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent related experience
- Or, equivalent military experience
- Intermediate level MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills
- Basic working knowledge of insurance industry and company insurance products
