A bicycle and part manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Regional Lead Buyer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and directing a team of Buyers across a region
- Leading the onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff in the department
- Driving KPI’s that support the territory and Buyer’s inventory performance goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in similar field of work
- Advanced level of knowledge using excel and software to manage data and inventory orders
- Strong business insight
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills
- Ability to lead teams to produce results in a fast paced, growth environment
