A real estate management company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Manager in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the Community Managers to develop and implement a budget per property
• Regularly monitoring each community budget within the portfolio
• Managing the portfolio rental rates to maximize income

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of on-site multi-family management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent with some college-level education required
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Business/financial acumen and hands-on budget management experience
• Strong marketing and personnel management abilities
• At least 1+ years experience managing multiple multi-family sites
