Remote Regional Mechanical Building Systems Sales Manager

Job Summary

A utility billing and sub-metering company is seeking a Remote Regional Mechanical Building Systems Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and maintaining database of general contractors
• Creating database of current owners/property management companies
• Developing a territory specific timetable of new construction multifamily projects up for bid

Qualifications Include:

• Present to potential clients and display at industry trade shows
• 5+ years sales experience
• Ability to work with minimal direction/supervision and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to evaluate profit/loss scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM applications
