A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Regional Medical Clinical Director and Senior Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Growing a team of diverse clinicians to implement new models for population health management
- Training and mentoring 1 - 4 additional clinicians in leadership/presentation skills
- Helping design and implement approach to longitudinal care and population health management
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Attend Go-To-Market training events and meetings
- Must be able to speak at conferences
- 5+ years in cross functional team based or leadership role
- 5+ years professional post-residency experience in direct patient care
- 10+ years professional experience
- 3+ years in population health management
