Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Regional Mortgage Services Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Provide direction and leadership for a designated sales region, which is composed of up to 10 account executives
- Set and meet monthly production and revenue goals while protecting the company’s profit margin
- Assist in developing effective training programs
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as necessary (40% – 50% of the time), including out of state
- Wholesale mortgage experience
- Experience leading/managing a team of Account Executives
- Ability to work with the Operations team to maximize pipeline movement and mediate challenges at the loan level
