Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Regional Nursing Liaison.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and coordinating the scheduling activities and associated tasks for the nursing visit
- Effectively communicating prescribed therapy in the context of a home infusion experience
- Identifying and developing relationships with Home Health Agencies and Staffing Companies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience and/or home health field or management experience required
- Good understanding of pharmacy procedures and practices
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of hospitals, skilled nursing/rehab facilities including case management and discharge planning service needs
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
