Remote Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee teams in the commissioning and start-up of critical cooling air handling systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and operations of cooling air handlers across multiple teams and locations
• Lead and support remote site managers and technicians, providing guidance and performance evaluations
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and timely execution

Required Qualifications and Education

• 12+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in people management
• Proven experience in operations management, project management, or facilities management, focusing on HVAC or cooling systems
• Strong technical understanding of critical cooling air handlers and associated technologies
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
