Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Ophthalmics Sales Manager in Manhattan.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and lead a field sales team consisting of: Ophthalmic Account Managers
- Work to manage a commercial sales team
- Understand and utilize sales reports, CRM, and forecasts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years documented successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device commercial experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Regional or District Sales Manager
- Must have exceptional talent selection skills, oral and written communication skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Tact, diplomacy, and a high level of professionalism are essential
