A pharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Regional Pharmaceutical Business Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Recruit, motivate, coach and develop a team of Specialty Business Managers
- Develop and execute a business plan
- Clearly define roles, responsibilities and measurable outcomes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Has proven leadership experience in managing a successful product launch
- Experience and strong understanding of market access payer landscape
- Has a proven track record of success in all respects of selling
- Demonstrates ability to communicate business direction and vision to the district
