Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Regional Pharmaceutical Business Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a business plan that integrates cross-functional organizational capabilities
• Recruit, motivate, coach and develop a team of Specialty Account Managers
• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Has proven leadership experience in managing a successful product launch
• 10+ years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience and strong understanding of market access payer landscape required
