Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Regional Pharmaceutical Business Director in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Recruit, motivate, coach and develop a team of managers
- Develop and execute a business plan
- Define roles, responsibilities and measurable outcomes for all activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing a successful product launch
- Experience and strong understanding of market access payer landscape
- Proven track record of success in all respects of selling
