Job Summary
A financial lending company is filling a position for a Remote Regional Real Estate Manager in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing, hiring and building a world-class team of highly productive agents
- Developing, mentoring and coaching managers/agents throughout the sales funnel on both sides of the real estate transaction
- Using KPIs to measure agents and overall market performance
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Ability to scale and adapt in a high growth environment
- You have led teams and grown markets
- Closed a minimum of 25+ lifetime real estate transactions with at least 5 on the listing side
- Passionate about achieving market goals and can inspire others to join you in your quest
- Ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
