A financial services provider is in need of a Remote Regional Reviewer Residential Appraisal Services Associate or Assistant Vice President in Sacramento.

  • Performing reviews of residential (one- to four-unit) appraisal assignments
  • Maintaining the quality and consistency of appraisal assignments
  • Assisting in maintaining the timeliness and price competitiveness of appraisal assignments

Qualifications Include:

  • Five years residential real estate appraisal and review experience
  • Prior appraisal experience with a financial services institution
  • Licensure by the State of California Office of Real Estate Appraisers as a Certified Residential Appraisal
