Job Summary
A software developer is seeking a Remote Regional Sales Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Motivating and inspiring regional District Sales Managers and their respective Enterprise Account Executives
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales business plan and strategy to meet and exceed bookings targets
- Leading and managing regional District Sales Managers
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of successfully leading a successful outside national SaaS sales team
- Successfully managed teams closing $1B+ in reoccurring revenue models
- Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions both internally and externally
- A proven track record of superior operational excellence related to pipeline, forecasting and planning
- Demonstrated history of hiring top talent and working with them at successive companies
