Job Summary
An employee benefits technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Sales Executive in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with brokers across your region to incorporate our company into their employee benefits offering
- Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs
- Articulate our value proposition to prospective and existing clients and successfully secure new business
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel 50% of time
- Aggressive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
- 5+ years of experience in a sales position
- Commitment to sell, win and grow
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills
