An employee benefits technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Regional Sales Executive in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partner with brokers across your region to incorporate our company into their employee benefits offering
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify client needs
  • Articulate our value proposition to prospective and existing clients and successfully secure new business

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 50% of time
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales position
  • Commitment to sell, win and grow
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; excellent poise and presentation skills
