Job Summary

A privately-held staffing and recruitment firm has an open position for a Remote Regional Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a growing team of global account executives
  • Providing ongoing support, motivation, and development to strengthen the team's selling techniques
  • Ensuring all administrative work and reporting is completed effectively

Required Skills:

  • Travel requirement is 25% +/- as needed
  • At least 1-3 years of experience overseeing/managing a quota-carrying sales team
