Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Central Regional Software Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a sales team of direct reports
  • Set overall strategy, driving comprehensive territory, and account planning
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high performing enterprise sales organization

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and 5-7 years of related experience
  • Proven track record as an individual sales contributor
  • Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications
  • 2+ years experience managing high-performing technology sales teams
  • Experience with salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools
