Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Treatment Nurse for a full-time contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote clinical monitoring and member education through various digital platforms
• Promote member self-care management using clinical judgment and data analysis
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance member care and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
• Minimum of 4 years nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings
• BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school
• Experience in case management or care coordination preferred
• Comfort with technology and managing large caseloads in a fast-paced environment
