Remote Registered Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care model, the part-time Remote Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality clinical support through virtual platforms, conduct health assessments, and ensure continuity of care while collaborating with care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual nursing care using evidence-based clinical judgment and conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Build strong rapport with patients and caregivers while ensuring clear communication and collaboration across care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adhere to clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current, active RN license
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in geriatrics or primary care
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in telephone triage is preferred
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfortable working in a remote environment
