Job Summary

A managed healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Registered Nurse Care Manager I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing, assessing, and adjusting the care plan and promote desired outcome
  • Assessing the member's current health status, resource utilization, past and present treatment plan, etc
  • Coordinating services between Primary Care Physician (PCP), specialists, medical providers, etc

Required Skills:

  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing
  • Current state’s RN license
  • 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience in a clinical, acute care, or community setting
