Job Summary
A health insurance company. is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Care Manager I or II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting assessments to identify individual needs and a specific care management plan
- Ensuring member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Assisting in problem solving with providers, claims or service issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s) required
- Requires 3 years of case management, condition specific clinical experience, or any combination of education and experience
- Multi-state licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states
- Must have knowledge of medical management process and ability to interpret and apply member contracts, member benefits, and managed care products
