Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure member access to services appropriate to their health needs
• Interface with Medical Directors and Physician Advisors on the development of care management treatment plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet identified needs

Position Requirements Include:

• BA/BS in a health related field
• 5 years of clinical experience
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state in which you live is required
• Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
