Job Summary
A healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager in Grand Junction.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Attending physician visits
- Creating home plan of care
- Onboarding new clients
Position Requirements Include:
- Estimated 50% working remotely, 20% drive time and 30% client/supervisory visits
- Licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
