Job Summary
A health and dental insurance provider is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager in New Albany.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring maximum member engagement
- Discerning member's health status and health needs based on key questions and conversation
- Identifying and escalating member's needs appropriately following set guidelines and protocols
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 weeks of on-site training
- 5+ years clinical practice experience as a RN
- Current, unrestricted RN licensure for state of residence
- Must be comfortable actively reaching out to members to collaborate/guide their care
- Ability to document electronically using keyboard and multiple computer screens
