Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Field Case Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting evaluations of member's needs and benefit plan eligibility
- Applying clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors
- Utilizing case management processes in compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- This is a field-based role that will require travel, will be full-time telework until COVID restrictions are lifted
- 3 years of clinical practice experience
- RN with current unrestricted state licensure
- Associates degree
