Job Summary
A workers compensation company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Registered Nurse Field Case Manager in San Diego.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitating a case load of quality, individualized treatment goals to rehabilitate workers injured on the job
- Researching and recommending resources to create flexible, cost-effective treatment options
- Attending appropriate appointments and provides evaluation of patient's progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Reliable transportation and local travel required
- Requires an unrestricted California RN license
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Strong technology, organizational and documentation skills are a must
- Computer equipment and phone provided
