Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Health Coach Consultant Registered Nurse.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assessing members using clinical tools and information/data review
- Utilizing assessment techniques to determine member’s level of health literacy
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of Care Develops
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of clinical experience as an RN in acute care setting
- Compact RN with current unrestricted state licensure required
- Previous coaching experience is desired
- Managed care experience is preferred
- Med/Surg and ER experience is desired
- Experience in multiple areas of nursing in an acute setting is preferred
