Job Summary

Providing high-quality clinical support remotely, the full-time Registered Nurse will deliver virtual nursing care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with care teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual nursing care using evidence-based clinical judgment and conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Build rapport and communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and care coordinators in a virtual environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in geriatrics, primary care, or dementia care
• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license required, including Multistate Compact Nursing License plus 3 Single-State Licenses
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfortable using Apple/macOS and Google Workspace tools
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide empathetic virtual care
