Job Summary

Providing high-quality clinical support remotely, the per diem Registered Nurse will deliver virtual nursing care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with care teams while maintaining patient-centered documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual nursing care using evidence-based clinical judgment and conduct comprehensive health assessments
• Build rapport with patients and caregivers, ensuring clear communication and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adhere to clinical standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in geriatrics or primary care
• Current, active, and unencumbered RN license required, with a Multistate Compact Nursing License plus 3 Single-State Licenses
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfortable using Apple/macOS and Google Workspace tools
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home workspace for HIPAA-sensitive video calls
