Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide disease specific management
- Care Manager documents assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with the oncologist and clinic staff to assist in managing and coordinating patient care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A graduate of an accredited RN Nursing program required
- Minimum of two (2) years of oncology experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of overall nursing experience required
- Prior experience with customer service and professional phone etiquette required
- Attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently in a work from home environment
- Good communication skills, data entry, knowledge of Excel, excellent computer skills
