Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.

Must be able to:

Provide disease specific management
Provide an understanding of their disease, their treatment plans, and address patient clinical and psychosocial issues
Document assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Travel to Fort Myers area for yearly meeting
A graduate of an accredited RN Nursing program
2 years of oncology experience
5 years of overall nursing experience
Prior experience with customer service and professional phone etiquette
Attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently in a work from home environment
