Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide disease specific management
- Provide an understanding of their disease, their treatment plans, and address patient clinical and psychosocial issues
- Document assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to Fort Myers area for yearly meeting
- A graduate of an accredited RN Nursing program
- 2 years of oncology experience
- 5 years of overall nursing experience
- Prior experience with customer service and professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently in a work from home environment
