Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Registered Nurse Patient Care Manager.

Must be able to:

• Provide disease specific management
• Provide an understanding of their disease, their treatment plans, and address patient clinical and psychosocial issues
• Document assessment and interventions in real time in the electronic medical record

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Travel to Fort Myers area for yearly meeting
• A graduate of an accredited RN Nursing program
• 2 years of oncology experience
• 5 years of overall nursing experience
• Prior experience with customer service and professional phone etiquette
• Attention to detail, excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to work independently in a work from home environment
