Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Registered Nurse Patient Monitoring Case Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to assess members' current health status
  • Maintaining access to Care Team Portal
  • Providing a complete continuum of quality care

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Associate degree or higher in Nursing (RN)
  • Current unrestricted RN License in state of residence
  • Unrestricted Compact RN License and may need to apply for additional licenses as needed
  • 2+ years case management experience
  • Unrestricted Washington State RN License
  • Medicare and/or Medicaid managed care experience
