Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Registered Nurse Pediatric Case Manager in Nassau County.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
• Working with the complex care needs
• Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status

Required Skills:

• Potential to work in the field 10-15%
• 2 years of clinical experience in pediatrics
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York
• 3 yrs experience in a hospital setting, acute care, direct care experience as an RN and/or experience as a telephonic Case Manager
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to toggle in up to 6 different programs at once
• Must be able to electronically document in real time while on the phone
