Job Summary
A home health benefits management service provider is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse Post Acute Care Utilization Management Clinical Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for the day to day operations of the Post-Acute Care (PAC) Program
- Overseeing and managing all daily team activities and assigns tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members
- Working with Clinical Management to implement best practices for utilization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel about 10% for leadership meetings or as requested
- Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates of Science in Nursing
- Have excellent negotiation, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
- Active unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Possess a minimum of five years' experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations in regard to Utilization Management and accreditation standards
