Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Registered Nurse Quality and Safety Sepsis Program Coordinator in Brainerd.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sepsis initiatives
- Adhering to evidence-based practices and protocols
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with regional providers and health systems
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years clinical experience
- Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing in Minnesota
- Ability to collaborate closely with Multi-Disciplinary team caring for these patients
- Ability to meet or exceed organizational and community standards in the population
- Ability to provide ongoing sepsis education to all appropriate internal and external team members
- Ability to deliver timely feedback on care of sepsis patients to the care team to foster learning
